Exchange and Return Policy

At Vivea Home, we want you to feel secure and satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a clear exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

Deadline for Requests

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return due to buyer's remorse. For products with manufacturing defects, the deadline is up to 30 calendar days.

How to Request

Contact us by email at viveahome@outlook.com, providing:

Order number

Full name

Reason for exchange or return

Photos of the product (in case of defect)

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Conditions for Exchange/Return

Product without signs of use

With original packaging and all accessories

Without violation of labels (when applicable)

Refund

After analysis and approval of the return:

Credit card: refund in up to 2 billing cycles

Shipping Costs

Shipping at our expense: in cases of defect, shipping error or return due to buyer's remorse within the deadline.

Shipping at the customer's expense: in exchanges due to personal choice (e.g., color or model).

Products with apparent use

Items outside the deadline

Personalized products (except if there is a defect)
