At Vivea Home, all information about your purchase is sent directly to your email address immediately after order confirmation.

1. What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time varies between 2 and 5 weeks after shipment, and may be influenced by location and import processes.

2. Where do the products come from?

Vivea Home represents internationally renowned manufacturers located in Europe, China, the United States, and the Netherlands. The origin may vary depending on the chosen product.

3. Can I pay in installments with a bank slip?

Installment payments are only available for purchases made with a credit card. Bank slips are only accepted for cash payments.

Note: The bank slip can be paid online at any bank, lottery agency, or banking app.

4. Is it possible to pick up the order in person?

No. All shipments are made by the Post Office. In-person pickup is only possible in specific situations, when required directly by the Post Office.

5. I bought more than one item and only received part of the order. Is this normal?

Yes, this can happen. Some items are shipped from different suppliers, which generates distinct tracking codes and separate deliveries. Each package may also go through different checks at Customs, resulting in different delivery times.

6. What if my delivery is delayed?

Don't worry. Delays are rare, but possible. Vivea Home tracks all orders until delivery. If, for any reason, your order is not delivered within 90 business days after shipment, you can request a full refund, according to our shipping policy.
